I’d say the worst Horde races for a DK, along with looks (in my opinion) would be Vulpera and Nightborne. Nightborne doesn’t look too awful, but racials would be useless in PvP.

It's based on BASE hp, not overall so in the end it's static as you level where as (I believe) the undead one will scale with things such as AP with better gear thus adding more dps AND healing.
