WebApparently beta 1 had a way to dismiss it, but they removed it in beta 2. I'm just going off what other people have said, as I don't even have the miniplayer in the quick toggles. It's still the same ole media player notification from before. Seems to be either random or device dependent on who got the new media player controls.
