It distributed $14.5 million in the year to June 2024, making it WA’s third largest philanthropic foundation. That’s up from $12.8 million in the previous year and about $4 million in earlier years. WebbProperty Council WA’s Future Leaders awards recognise the efforts of young planners, designers, advisors, managers, surveyors and engineers and those in development and construction, with the overall winner crowned Stan Perron Future Leader of the Year, in honour of the late Stan Perron, an Australian Property Hall of Fame member.
