You can temporarily resolve this issue by rebooting (cold) your HD box. But I'm confident the message will return soon!

Engineers that set it up did not have a clue. If I set up UHD settings in the Sky box and connect it directly to HDMI 1 on the TV bypassing the amp it works fine on the TV.
