Webb21 apr. 2024 · The first test recording was done on a computer running Windows 7 Professional with dual monitors.The second test was on my own desktop computer, running Windows 10 with dual monitors. I can't figure out how to make VLC only record the primary monitor. Thank you for any thoughts you guys might have. It saves the final video/audio file as .AVI; Un-commenting lines 76, 77 and 78 will make the video to be displayed to screen while recording. My solution uses pyaudio for audio recording, opencv for video recording, and ffmpeg for muxing the two signals.
