At highway speed the drivers side wipers is bouncing over the "A" pillar and making a mess of the clearcoat.

That will expose a nut that you can remove (with the wiper arm up in the air to release the spring tension), then carefully pull the arm off the splined shaft and rotate it 1 tooth (in your case, CCW). Thanks for the replies> coop membership cardWebWhat seems to have happened is the factory failed to insert the serrated locking washer under the acorn nut that holds the wiper arm on the splined drive spindle.
