So on my xbox i went into my purchases history and the game is there but i don't have the option to ask for a refund. So then used my pc browser to access my account. And through the browser the game does not appear in the purchases history. You can check your refunds by going to your Purchase History and then clicking on the Returned/Refunded tab.
