It looks like a piece of plastic with a nipple on one end. The engine is a 2002 25 HP ELH, any assistance would be appreciated. I just serviced mine early this year ,5 bolts, no need to disconnect the shift linkage as it's similar to Yamaha's (spline) and not up/down like the Evinrudes.
