I reserved the port with DHCP IP Reservations and I allowed the port through both tcp and udp on windows firewall. When I check to see if it is open it says the port is closed. WebI was trying to do the same using the google home (not google wifi) app and when I tried to do a range using a hyphen, I got "Failed to add new rule. Please check your input and try again." I had no problems entering the same range syntax in the google wifi app.
