If what you say is true — that your refresh rate is set to 240 Hz and your frames are close to 240 FPS — then there's nothing we can do to help you. That feeling is yours for a reason. You're going to have to figure it out on your own. WebOct 20, 2024 · FPS number hides away stuttering, because it just shows just average and not spikes and dips. Monitor refresh rate isn't useful if monitor response times can't keep up. But doesn't sound like smearing is your issue. Then there is internet. I can feel discernable smoothness when playing against bots offline, compared to online.

WebJan 7, 2024 · Mouse is not snappy, it's harder to trace enemies heads, etc. Also hitreg feels a little bit different. In LAN when i can compare my game smothness to another monitor, it feels like my game runs at 75hz, not 144hz. You can't feel that 144hz snappy clear movement, cuz everything is so sluggish and slow.
