And I have owned several of each (lathes and bench saws). My current Major with an extended bed will turn anything from a large (5ft plus) newel post to a lace bobbin - and does. WebJul 15, 2024 · The Coronet is quite popular in Europe/UK, but the big issue for me would be the thread size (M33 x 3.5). Most of the lathes sold here are 30M x 3.5.
