WebI've just completed a 13 week Garmin Coach, 5k program with Coach Greg McMillan and thought I'd share the results. Cut my 5k PR from 24:15 to 22:29. First a note on the benchmark run. The first time I started the plan I ran hard/borderline max pace for the benchmark. This resulted in an unrealistic "easy" pace for the workouts.
