WebNov 24, 2009 · Tunable Bodhran's although nice, not necessary. The important thing was the head was goat (animal) and not synthetic. Also, the Bodhran was not made in Pakistan. I still have it and it still works, and I'm now a tad better then when I started . It's a fun portable instrument that works in all sorts of styles.
