WebEver since U12 came out, outpost has started loading at 82% and remains there indefinitely. For clarification, everything else in the game works perfectly as intended... so I'm very confused. I purged my files of any mods from U11 before updating & re-verified the integrity of my game cache to ensure it was reset.
